Ryan started his career as a Physician Assistant in an ICU but switched to real estate to achieve financial freedom at the age of 22. He made his first investment in a distressed asset, using creative financing to stabilize and successfully exit. Over the past decade, Ryan has seen substantial growth. He focuses on team development, leadership, and building long-lasting relationships. Outside work, he enjoys exercising, cars, and spending time with family.

Alexandra Bell

Transaction Coordinator

Alexandra hails from East Providence, Rhode Island, and has four years of experience as a transaction coordinator. A devoted mother of three, she balances local expertise with a family-focused approach. Since beginning her real estate career in 2020, she has managed over 1,000 transactions. Known for her genuine care and personalized service, Alexandra's passion for client success drives her exceptional performance.

Lyra Macalino

Administrative Assistant

Lyra is pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in English, thanks to an academic scholarship. As a working student, she excels in time management and dedication. With nearly two years of experience as a virtual assistant, she is proficient in customer service, data entry, administrative tasks, and basic editing. Lyra enjoys creative activities like singing, painting, cooking, and DIY projects.

Kristen has always found interest and passion in real estate. While pursuing a background in medicine, Kristen and her husband entered the real estate space by house hacking a multifamily as a way to pursue a more affordable housing opportunity. From there, her pursuit of real estate has grown exponentially.Through this avenue of real estate investing, she decided to pursue further interest in helping others achieve their real estate goals and dreams.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family including her newborn son and two labradoodles. Kristen is also an avid runner, hiker, skier and never to be found without a cup of coffee.
