Ryan Corcoran
Founder
Nickname: The Crazy Ringmaster
Ryan began his professional career as a Physician Assistant, practicing medicine in an ICU for several years. During his education and early career in medicine he sought out financial freedom and dove headfirst into real estate initially through education sources, masterminds and mentors. Ryan’s first investment at the age of 22 years old set him up for future success as he was able to take a distressed asset, utilize creative financing, stabilize and exit leaving an itch that has carried him over the last decade to achieve immense growth.
Ryan has always prided himself on growing as a team, being a leader and focusing on long-lasting relationships. From his hard-earned experience in sourcing leads, creative marketing and desire to put deals together, Ryan has demonstrated that coming from a completely different field is no excuse, and anyone can thrive in real estate with the sheer desire to succeed. In his free time, Ryan enjoys exercise, cars, and spending time with family.
Lyra Macelino
Administrative Assistant
Nickname: The Insider
Lyra is pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English, 2nd year, thanks to her academic scholarship. As a working student, Lyra knows the value of time management and dedication to achieving her goals. Lyra has been working as a virtual assistant for nearly two years, having discovered the freelancing industry as a means of supporting herself. She has honed her skills in customer service, data entry, administrative tasks, and basic editing, and is eager to continue growing in this field with the help of SPG. When not busy with her work, Lyra loves to express herself through various creative outlets, including singing in the choir, painting by numbers, cooking, and creating DIY projects
Emily O'Rourke
Director Of Accounting
Nickname: The Savior
Emily is the Administration and Accounting Director for SPG. Emily has been in the professional service industry for several years. She brings a great deal of knowledge and professionalism with her as she joins SPG. Emily lives in central MA with her husband and pup and are currently expecting their first daughter!
Dana Snee
Transaction Coordinator
Nickname: The Closer
Dana is our in-house transaction coordinator. She is an experienced salesperson, with a career spanning 15 years. For the last three years, she has had a focus on real estate, with over 300 transactions under her belt. Dana brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to SPG with a focus on successfully navigating every nuance of a transaction, ensuring a smooth and seamless process for clients. In her spare time she enjoys building memories with her 3 beautiful children and playing poker.
Ian Coull
Project Manager
Ian has been around construction his whole life. From general labor to carpentry, to project management, he’s spent nearly 10 years in the commercial field on projects big and small all around New England. With clear communication, strong mediation, and industry knowledge, Ian is a problem solver with a passion to build and create. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a background in graphic design. Ian runs his own drone photography company, and his experience in visual communication helps propel SPG's marketing to the next level!
